Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conducting film which has excellent electroconductivity and steam barrier properties, especially, outstanding adhesion with a metallic plate, and also a conducting film which imparts corrosion resistance to the metallic material and can restrain the deterioration of a cell performance due to the increase in internal resistance of a cell or metal elution, when the film is used for the positive polar plate, negative polar plate, collector, terminal, etc. of various kinds of the cells, in the way the film is bonded with a metallic material. SOLUTION: This conducting film comprises a conducting resin layer formed by mixing a thermoplastic resin with an electric conduction agent and a conducting adhesive layer formed by mixing an adhesion-loaded thermoplastic resin with the electric conduction agent.
