Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative panel which prevents transparent beads from being covered with colored particles and a reflection effect through the transparent beads from being spoiled, makes the colored particles appear to change variously through the transparent beads, and can present a new surface appearance. SOLUTION: A colored coating layer 2 is deposited on the upper surface of a substrate 1. A transparent or translucent surface coating layer 5 mixed with the transparent beads 3 and the colored particles 4 is deposited on the colored coating later 2.
