Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a trim waste fragmenting device capable of fragmenting trim waste stably and continuously with high efficiency while preventing the occurrence of clogging in the inside of a guide member. SOLUTION: This trim waste fragmenting device provided with a pair of rotary blades and arranged on a steel plate trim line has (a) a position adjusting means for adjusting vertical and/or horizontal positions of the rotary blades, (b) an angle adjusting means for adjusting inclination angles of the rotary blades, and (c) a controlling means for controlling either or both of the position adjusting means and the angle adjusting means and maintaining an angle of approach of the trim waste approaching the rotary blades at 75° or more and 90° or less.
