SOLUTION: This cooking utensil 100 includes: a bottom plate part 110 provided with holes, the surface of which has a substantially flat shape; a bottom plate support part 120 connected to the end of the bottom plate part 110 and raised on the surface side thereof; a mold part 130, the peripheral wall of which is provided with holes, which is a mold for the mixed ingredients deep-fried in batter, opened at both end parts and placed on the surface of the bottom plate part 110 so that one end opening part and the bottom plate part 110 come into contact with each other; a mold support part 140 connected to the side of the mold part 130 and raised on the opposite side to the opening part on the bottom plate part 110 side of the mold part 130; and a turning mechanism part 150 connected to the bottom plate support part 120 to lock a portion within a predetermined range from a connecting position connected to the mold in the mold support part 140, and configured to turn each mold to the opposite side to the bottom plate support part 120 side in each mold.
