Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data transmitting method for unfailingly transmitting and receiving tree data in a wireless environment. SOLUTION: The format of data expressed in a tree structure in which the data are connected via a link from upper nodes to lower nodes is converted into a nested structure for hierarchically expressing the relation between the nodes and a node immediately therebelow, and the data obtained by this conversion are transmitted from a transmitter side to a receiver side via a radio section.
