SOLUTION: The real and fake discrimination implement 10 performs real and fake discrimination in an real and fake display section 30 provided at a commodity 100 or a package member thereof, and is provided with: a real and fake discrimination base material 20 performing real and fake discrimination in the real and fake display section 30 by being superimposed on the real and fake display section; and a functional layer 21 with an expression section 22 expressing at least a part of the real and fake discrimination base material 20 at the surface and/or rear surface of the real and fake discrimination base material 20.
