TRANSMISSION DEVICE WITH WORKING FLUID REPLENISHING MECHANISM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission device capable of preventing occurrence of time lag in switching of a clutch and deterioration of starting performance of a vehicle caused by it, and capable of preventing racing of an engine caused by sharp increase of an engine speed by quickening replenishing of working fluid in switching from disengagement to engagement of the clutch. SOLUTION: The transmission device is provided with a bypass line branching from a pilot line supplying control oil to respective valves constituting a control valve and connected to a main line supplying the working fluid for switching the clutches, a solenoid valve for controlling opening and closing of the bypass line, and a working oil replenishing controller for supplying a part of the control oil of the pilot line as auxiliary oil to the main line of the respective valves through the bypass line by receiving a switch signal from a clutch switching means and switching the solenoid valve and opening the solenoid valve.
