Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive sealing material having electrical conductivity and sealing property and also having excellent oxidation resistance. SOLUTION: As the conductive sealing material, an Ag-Si-Ge alloy composed mainly of Ag and containing Si and Ge is used. Further, excellent electrical conductivity and sealing property can be maintained even under an oxidizing service environment by providing this Ag-Si-Ge alloy with a structure where Ag is contained as a matrix phase from a standpoint of electrical conductivity and an Si-Ge solid solution phase having oxidation resistance is dispersed in the Ag matrix phase. Moreover, this alloy is applicable to a ceramic structure which has a gas-sealing structure having such a conductive sealing material in a gas-sealing section. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
