Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an olefinic flame-retardant foam having excellent flame retardance and a high expansion ratio and enabling a reduction of the amount of a flame retardant used and the use of the flame retardant so as not to be an environmental disturbance factor during the disposal. SOLUTION: A polyolefinic flame-retardant foaming composition comprises an intercalation compound (f) obtained by subjecting a layer substance (a) to contact mixing with a Lewis acid or an acid adduct (b) composed of an organic electron donor and a proton donor and the flame retardant (c) and intercalating the flame retardant (c) into the layer substance (a) and an intercalation compound (g) prepared by subjecting the layer substance (a) to contact mixing with the Lewis acid or the acid adduct (b) and a foaming agent (d) and intercalating the foaming agent (d) into the layer substance (a).
