The label collecting sheet 10 is equipped with a label pasting section 21 which pastes the peculiar label 40, and a truth/falsehood judging section 31 which judges the truth/falsehood of the peculiar label 40 while being placed on the truth/falsehood displaying section 42 of the peculiar label 40 which is pasted on the label pasting section 21.
