Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for efficiently manufacturing an effective hollow fiber membrane module which reduces clogging of potting materials inside an injecting nozzle and prevents the damage of a hollow fiber membrane by reducing the bending and the turbulence of threads of the hollow fiber membrane caused by imparting high centrifugal force at the time of centrifugal potting in manufacturing the hollow fiber membrane module housing the hollow fiber membrane, and then which penetrates sufficiently the potting materials into membranes and requires no time for injection and centrifuge even in the manufacture of a module with a high filling ratio of hollow fiber membrane bundles, and to provide a hollow fiber membrane module manufactured by the method. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the hollow fiber membrane module inserts the dried hollow fiber membrane into a case with length of 200-350 mm and fixes the end parts of the hollow fiber membrane by a centrifugal potting method using the potting materials with mixing viscosity of 1,000 mPa s or lower and with gelation time of less than 7 min.
