SOLUTION: The invention provides an external preparation for skin having excellent effect to ameliorate the photoaging symptoms such as the wrinkles and sagging of the skin and comprising a photoaging amelioration agent for skin for external use compounded with a glycosaminoglycan-relating substance, wherein the glycosaminoglycan-relating substance is a substance constituting the sugar chain of proteoglycan and/or its derivative and comprising one or more substances selected from D-glucosamine hydrochloride, N-acetyl-D-glucosamine, D-xylose and sodium chondroitin sulfate.
