PORTABLE TERMINAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To switch the direction of a display part in a slide type portable terminal. SOLUTION: The portable terminal 10 is constituted by comprising an upper chassis 20 on which the display part 21 for displaying an image is provided and a lower chassis 30 provided by being slidably overlapped with the upper chassis 20. The lower chassis 30 includes two projected parts 33a, 33b. The upper chassis 20 is provided with a groove part 24 for slide which slidably holds the two projected parts 33a, 33b, a recessed part 25 connected to the groove part 24b for slide which supports the projected part 33b and a groove part 27 for rotation connected to the groove part 24a for slide which holds the projected part 33a to be circularly slid centering around the projected part 33b at a state that the projected part 33b is supported by the recessed part 25.
