Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-insulated container capable of achieving thermally self-supporting operation, suppressing an excessive internal temperature increase by radiating heat according to an increase in temperature, minimizing heat radiation loss, and maintaining internal temperature to be within a prescribed temperature range even if efficiency in a secondary battery is large. SOLUTION: The heat-insulated container 4 comprises: a lower container 3; an upper container 2 that has a top section 6 and inserts a lower opening formed in a vacuum, double wall structure into the lower container 3; and one or a plurality of temperature control sections 55 arranged at a hollow section 9 between an outer wall section 7 and an inner wall section 8 of the upper container 2 or at the lower end of the upper container 2, with one end fixed to the inner wall section 8 or the outer wall section 7 and the other end being a free end.
