Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery with leads hardly causing a fracture or crack of the lead even if impact, vibration or the like is applied to an external circuit and a battery body in mounting it to the external circuit. SOLUTION: One end 5a of each conductive lead 5 is connected to at least either of a positive electrode 2 and a negative electrode 3 of the battery body 1 having a power generation function. This battery with leads is mounted on a printed wiring board 7 by connecting the other end 5b of each lead 5 to a land 10 of the printed wiring board 7. The lead 5 is provided with an impact-resistant means 13, and deformation of the lead 5 is prevented by the impact-resistant means 13 when the battery body 1 rockingly moves by receiving impact, vibration or the like in a state mounted to the printed wiring board 7.
