RELIABILITY-ORIENTED PLANT MAINTENANCE OPERATION SUPPORT SYSTEM, AND OPERATION SUPPORT METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reliability-oriented plant maintenance operation support system, enabling easy introduction of reliability-oriented maintenance, and enabling improved safety of the plant with a reduced maintenance cost through the above reliability-oriented maintenance. SOLUTION: The reliability-oriented plant maintenance operation support system includes: a plant system deployment database 11 for managing a system guaranteeing a plant safety function, etc.; a system function development database 12 for managing the function guaranteed by each system managed by the above database 11; a configuration device database 13 for managing a device relevant to the function registered in the above database 12; a device function failure database 14 for managing a function failure mode, etc. relevant to the individual device registered in the above database 13; and a maintenance importance degree decision logic 15 for deciding the degree of maintenance importance of the device from the information managed in the database 14. Based on the decision result by the above logic, a maintenance system of the device is extracted using a device failure mode influence evaluation database 16 or a maintenance template 18, and then is stored in a device maintenance program database 17 and managed, as a maintenance program.
