MOVEMENT MECHANISM, OPTICAL EQUIPMENT, IMAGING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a movement mechanism that affects a cam mechanism less, even when impact is applied, and to provide optical equipment and an imaging apparatus. SOLUTION: The movement mechanism (60) is provided with a first member (40), having a groove portion (42) and a second member (30) having an engaging portion (70), engaged with the groove portion so that the first member (40) and the second member (30) are relatively movable, wherein the engaging portion is provided with an abutting portion (71) which enters the groove portion and abuts against the side surface of the groove portion; and an intermediate portion (72), which is arranged between the abutting portion and the second member and enters the groove portion. In addition, the size of the intermediate portion with respect to the width between the plurality of side surfaces of the groove portion is set smaller than the size of the abutting portion.
