Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an engine output while improving the purifying efficiency of a metal honeycomb catalyst, and to reduce cost. SOLUTION: In the catalyst arrangement structure of a motorcycle, a vehicle body frame comprises a main frame extending rearward from a head pipe, and a down frame 36 extending rearward and downward from the head pipe. An engine 18 is disposed in the rear of the down frame 36, and the metal honeycomb catalyst 57 is arranged in an exhaust pipe 56 extending downward and rearward from the engine 18. A first tapered part 71 and a second tapered part 72 having diameters gradually increasing toward the metal honeycomb catalyst 57 are formed in front and rear of the metal honeycomb catalyst 57 of the exhaust pipe 56.
