Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate a strong swirl flow in an airflow led to flow out into a cylinder by suppressing the generation of a circulation flow disturbing the airflow. SOLUTION: The downstream of a spiral portion 3c communicating the linear portion 11a of a swirl port 11 with a valve throat portion 3b opened/closed by an intake valve 5 and opened in the upper part of the cylinder 1a is placed on the valve throat portion 3b, and a projecting portion 6 is formed on the upper surface on the downstream of the spiral portion 3c and in the opposite position to the linear portion 11a across a valve stem 12.
