Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to suppress a pH decrease with time and suppress even lowering of the residual ratio of an active ingredient in an aqueous eye drop of prostaglandins using boric acid and a specific nonionic surfactant. SOLUTION: The preservative-free and boric acid buffer-based eye drop of the prostaglandins comprises the prostaglandins such as latanoprost or isopropylunoprostone as the active ingredient (chief ingredient) and is regulated to pH5.0-7.0. POE caster oil and/or POE hardened caster oil and/or monostearic acid PEG are used as a solubilizer for the prostaglandins. The pH is stabilized by adding an aminocarboxylic acid having a chelating ability such as ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (including a salt) or -aminocaproic acid. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
