Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outdoor container in which rain water does not stay at the central part of a ceiling panel 11 even when the ceiling panel 11 is horizontally installed, and to provide a method for manufacturing the outdoor container. SOLUTION: The outdoor container is assembled by respectively connecting the ceiling panel 11, a floor panel 12 arranged opposite the ceiling panel 11, wall panels 13a-13d arranged between the ceiling panel 11 and the floor panel 12 with connecting members, and is used outdoors. In this outdoor container, the whole ceiling panel 11 is curved so that the central part of the ceiling panel 11 is higher than the outer peripheral part of the ceiling panel 11. Thereby, even when the ceiling panel 11 is horizontally installed, the rain water coming down at the central part of the ceiling panel flows toward the outer peripheral part.
