SOLUTION: This latch 40 of the repercussion board is provided for holding the board A tiltably installed on a loading space of a vehicle by a board stop metal fitting 30 arranged in the loading space in an uplifted state, and is characterized by forming a fixing part 41 fixed to the outside of a storage of the repercussion board A, an inclined part 42 projecting toward the side of the board A from this fixing part 41 and inclined toward the inside of the storage, an uplifting part 43 uplifted toward the inside of the storage from a tip part of this inclined part 42, and a holding part 44 projecting toward the side of the board A from this uplifting part 43 and held by the gate fastening metal fitting 30.
