Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging device which has less power consumption and a smaller circuit scale than usual, and a solid-state imaging device used therefor. SOLUTION: The imaging device includes (n) solid-state imaging devices 1, a control unit selecting them, and a signal processing unit. The control unit inputs a select signal having binary logic to the respective solid-state imaging devices 1. An output circuit 21 of each solid-state imaging device 1 comprises a transistor 21 to which a pixel input signal is input, a transistor 22, a transistor 23, and an output wiring 20 which outputs an output signal. A conduction terminal 21b is connected to a power source, a conduction terminal 21b is connected to a conduction terminal 22b and the output wiring 20, and a conduction terminal 22c is connected to a ground 24. The select signal is input to a gate terminal 23a and an inversion signal is input to a gate terminal 22a.
