Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an objective lens driving device capable of recording/reproduction to/from an optical storage medium highly precisely even when a lens holder is driven with a high frequency. SOLUTION: A lens holder 3 constituting an objective lens driving device 1 includes a body part 3b with a through-hole 3a for arranging a focusing driving coil 15 formed therein, and a lens holding part 3c which is formed so as to project from the body part 3b in the direction perpendicular to the directions of focusing and tracking and holds an objective lens 2. In this objective lens driving device 1, second driving magnets 14 for driving the lens holder 3 in the directions of focusing and tracking are arranged on both sides in the tracking direction of the lens holding part 3c, and a tracking driving coil 16 and the second driving magnet 14 face each other in the direction perpendicular to the directions of focusing and tracking.
