Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that cost is conventionally reduced qualitatively without definite price information, thereby increasing labor and reducing success probability, and the attainment level of cost reduction cannot be determined absolutely to satisfy only a purveyor. SOLUTION: Quantitative import price information is analytically obtained by a unique method. Based on this, present procurement price is used for comparison to determine the possibility of cost reduction. If necessary, main variation cost is calculated using the quantitative import price information to estimate a sale price. Specific action for cost reduction is intensively carried out only for items likely to succeed from these price information. In this method, cost reduction can be achieved with an almost 100% probability of success with the minimum in-house resources. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
