PUSH TYPE INFORMATION TRANSMISSION SYSTEM FOR PROVIDING INTERNET INFORMATION IN PUSH TYPE OR PUSH-PULL TYPE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which can simply be operated even by a user unfamiliar with a personal computer or the like and can obtain information on the Internet in a push type. SOLUTION: With respect to a content group managed by an operation management 3 of content collection, distribution or the like, a portal site operation manager server 4 creates a distribution schedule obtained by listing distribution times, URLs for accessing content or the like. A push type information terminal device 8 and a pull type information terminal device 9 determine whether the distribution schedule is updated at predetermined intervals (for example, every 30 seconds), and stores the distribution schedule in their own devices when the distribution schedule is updated. Each device accesses content on the basis of the stored distribution schedule. Therefore, the push type information terminal device distributes the content from the user, so to speak.
