AIR BEAM STRUCTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a shape of a main-body membrane material of an air beam structure more beautiful than that of a conventional air beam structure. SOLUTION: This air beam structure comprises the main-body membrane material and a beam portion 120. The semicylindrical main-body membrane material comprises front and rear semicircular materials, and an intermediate membrane material 113 which is turned into such a shape as to have a semicircular cross section, in use. The beam portion 120 is equipped with a closed space which is made by joining both ends of a long beam membrane material 122 to the intermediate membrane material 113 in such a manner that the both ends are positioned along the direction of the arc of the intermediate membrane material 113, and which is surrounded by the beam membrane material 122 and the intermediate membrane material 113. When air is infilled into the closed space, the beam portion 120 has a certain hardness and serves as a beam. Thus, the shape of the main-body membrane material is maintained.
