SCREW PRESS TYPE DEHYDRATION APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately replace only an unserviceable part to immediately resume an operation at an operation site of a screw press type dehydration apparatus. SOLUTION: The screw press type dehydration apparatus includes, in a casing 2, a dehydrating cylinder 6 having a number of micropores, a screw body 10 arranged internally in contact with this dehydrating cylinder 6, a screw body 10 having a passage 14 spirally travelling in the dehydrating cylinder 6, and a drive motor (drive part) for rotating the screw body 10 so that an object to be dehydrated put in the passage 14 is transferred in the travelling direction of the passage 14. The screw body 10 is provided with a drive side part to be supported 11 rotated by the drive motor and supported by a drive side sliding bearing 7 installed in the casing 2, a driven side part to be supported 12 by a driven side sliding bearing 9 installed in the casing 2, and a spiral part 13 provided between the drive side part to be supported 11 and driven side part to be supported 12 and having the passage 14. The dehydration apparatus is constituted such that at least the drive side part to be supported 11 is removed to be replaceable. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
