SUCTION TOOL FOR VACUUM CLEANER, AND VACUUM CLEANER PROVIDED WITH THE SUCTION TOOL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suction tool for a vacuum cleaner, which is capable of smoothly moving on a carpet as well as a floor surface in cleaning with little resistance without charging static electricity to attract dust and a vacuum cleaner provided with the same. SOLUTION: A vacuum cleaner has: a suction tool body 11 in which a rotary brush 70 is freely rotatably disposed between a lower case 12 having a suction tool port 13 on the lower surface and an upper case 40, has a joint part 15 projecting on the back side, and has a back wheel 18 provided at a lower part of a back end part of the joint part 15; a joint coupling 50 vertically turnably connected to the joint part 15 of the suction tool body 11; and a connection pipe 60 turnably connected to the joint coupling 50 horizontally. The joint part 15 of the suction tool body 11 is provided with a joint coupling reception part 21 inclined upward and a joint part bottom plate 24 on almost the same plane as a lower surface of the lower case 13 below the joint coupling reception part 21 via a space part 25.
