PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmological device continuously performing alignment detection, driving the device and performing alignment. SOLUTION: The ophthalmological device, comprising a photographing light source 82 for illuminating an eye E to be examined, an alignment detection sensor 88 for detecting the position of the device, an XY alignment driving means 122 for driving the device on the basis of the output signal of the alignment detection sensor 88 and a CCD 28 for receiving a reflected luminous flux from the eye E to be examined and picking up an image, is provided with a drive control part 112 for controlling an alignment light source light emission driving circuit 116 for making an alignment light source 82 emit light, a photographing light source light emission driving circuit 118 for making an imaging light source 40 emit the light and a charge sweeping driving circuit 114 for making the charge sweeping of the CCD 28 be performed.
