SWITCHING CABINET FOR ACCEPTING INSERTING-TYPE ELECTRONIC COMPONENT PROVIDED WITH HEAT EXCHANGER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switching cabinet for electronic component by which damage of the component due to dropping water is prevented. SOLUTION: The present invention is related to the switching cabinet for accepting the component 8, which includes an internal space 2 into which the inserting-type components 8 generating heat can be put in, while piling; a roof space 5 above the internal space 2; and a base 3 forming a base space 4 below the internal space 2. The switching cabinet 1 has an air duct 21 by the side of the internal space 2, which connects the roof space 5 and the base space 4. A closed circulation circuit for cooling the air at the lower part of the switching cabinet 1 functions to transfer heat generated by the component 8. A fan 9 of the roof space 5 sucks in air from the internal space 2 and blows out it to the air duct 21; and the heated air from the air duct 21 flows through the periphery of a heat exchanger 17 of the base 3 to be cooled, and enters the internal space 2 from underneath, and then flows upward in the vertical direction.
