SEALED CONTAINER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealed container capable of preventing stored food from being splashed out of the container and opening its sealed state without applying any excessive force and further capable of showing an excellent cubic outer appearance even if the containers are heaped up. SOLUTION: A sealed container 3 keeps (A) a lid upper wall 11 positioned above a lid flange 15, and the lower end of a lid side wall 12 below the lid flange 15, with a lid lower end wall 13 arranged horizontally from the lower end of the lid side wall 12 to make a lid flange inner wall 14 lie extending from a part of the lid lower end wall 13 opposite to the lid lower end wall 13 connected to the lid side wall to the lid flange 15, (B) the upper part of a container body side wall 22 extending from a container body bottom wall 21 to a container body flange 24 provided with a container body flange inside wall 23 fitted to the lid flange inside wall 14 when the lid 1 is installed, and (C) a lid recess 17 provided extending in an arch shape upwardly toward the lid lower end wall 13 arranged at a position corresponding to a lid ear part 16 arranged at the lid flange 15.
