FORMING CONDITION-DECIDING METHOD OF PRESS-FORMING MACHINE, AND FORMING CONDITION-DECIDING SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a forming condition deciding system of a press-forming machine capable of reducing cost. SOLUTION: The forming condition deciding system comprises: a die cushion pressure optimizing means 61 optimizing die cushion pressure; a slide rate optimizing means 62 optimizing a slide rate; and a forming condition-determining means 63 forming whether the quality of a press formed part reaches a fixed standard or not based on the result of forming simulation analysis, and till the quality of the press formed part is determined that it reaches a fixed standard by the forming condition-determining means 63, repetition is performed in order of the die cushion optimizing means 61, the forming condition-determining means 63, the slide rate optimizing means 62 and the forming condition-determining means 63.
