Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the size of a water-cooled dehumidifier in a washing and drying machine and to improve dehumidifying efficiency. SOLUTION: The washing and drying machine includes a washing tub 3 washing and dehydrating laundry; a dehumidifier 20 provided in an air passage 6 for circulating air in the washing tub 3, to cool and dehumidify moisture in the air; and a drying unit 30 warming dehumidified air and blowing the air to the washing tub 3. The dehumidifier 20 includes a dehumidifying plate 21 formed of an aluminum material, a plurality of delivery ports 24 supplying cooling water to flow down along the wall surface of the dehumidifying plate 21; and multi-staged corrugated passage forming plates 22 disposed in the vertical direction of the dehumidifying plate 21.
