PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably announce an incoming call, even for a usage environment with a vibration. SOLUTION: When an incoming call signal is received, a vibration requesting part 12 transmits a vibration request signal for requesting the vibration of self equipment to a vibrating part 14 and a vibration value determining part 13. The vibrating part 14 compares a vibration direction detected by a vibration detecting part 11 with the vibration direction of each vibrator, thereby selecting the vibrator vibrated in a direction different from the detected vibration direction. The vibration value determining part 13 determines whether the vibration value detected by the vibration detecting part 11 is not small than a predetermined prescribed value. When the determination by the vibration detecting part 11 is "YES", the vibrating part 14 vibrates the selected vibrator; and at the same time, a sound-reproducing part 15 reproduces predetermined prescribed sound data. Meanwhile, when the determination by the vibration detecting part 11 is "NO", the vibrating part 14 makes the selected vibrator vibrate. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
