Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance dust removal effects by applying intense vibrations to an optical member. SOLUTION: Once a driving motor 14 is driven, vibrations thereof are transmitted to a motor fixture 13 and a projection 13a repeatedly collides against surfaces of a hole 5b in four directions. Consequently, an optical filter 3 vibrates in a Y direction (orthogonal to the paper surface) and in a Z direction through a holding member 5 to shake off dust sticking on the front of the optical filter 3.
