Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic light emitting display for relatively easily guiding electrostatic discharge through a protruding electrode while preventing a pixel and a drive included in the organic light emitting display from being damaged due to the electrostatic discharge. SOLUTION: The electrostatic discharge circuit includes a first electrode layer, a first insulating layer formed on the first electrode layer and a second electrode layer formed on the first insulating layer. The first electrode layer and the second electrode layer each comprise the protruding electrode formed to extend horizontally toward the other of the first and second electrode layers.
