Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously compare the same image varying only in the picture quality, and to set the picture quality depending on a user preference while having the bodily sensation of a difference in ways of viewing. SOLUTION: The display apparatus includes a means which creates a plurality of screens simulated with different picture quality on the basis of one screen and draws a plurality of simulation screen images on one screen. Also, the display apparatus includes a means for changing the picture quality setting of the actual display screen of the display apparatus according to the picture quality setting applied for the simulation screen selected by the user from the plurality of the drawn simulation screens.
