Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for efficiently recovering oil by generating a strong water flow by the use of a propeller of an ice breaker or an ice-resistant ship so as to separate ice and the oil from each other. SOLUTION: The ice breaker 1 forms an open channel 5 around an ice board 4a on outflow oil 3, and goes round to make the ice board 4a fixed by being surrounded by an ice boom 7. The strong water flow which is generated by means of the propeller of the ice breaker 1 makes the outflow oil 3 separated from the ice board 4a, and makes the outflow oil 3 float up on the open channel 5 between the ice boom 7 and the oil fence 6 so that the outflow oil 3 can be recovered.
