Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sliding material composition capable of continuously feeding a lubricant to the surface of a sliding part and having excellent low friction and low abrasion properties. SOLUTION: The sliding material composition is a sliding material composition obtained by compounding at least porous silica and the lubricant with a resin material and has 30-60 vol.% of the total amount compounded of the porous silica and the lubricant. The porous silica is spherical porous silica prepared by aggregating primary microparticles having 3-8 nm particle diameter and forming true spherical silica particles and having continuous pores. The average particle diameter of the spherical porous silica is 0.5-100 μm. The oil absorption thereof is 300-400 ml/100 g. The porous silica is previously impregnated with the lubricant.
