PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an income/expenditure measuring apparatus, a program and a computer readable recording medium having recorded program which make a simulation possible to match the actual situations of a real game parlor. SOLUTION: Any ones of acceptability judging parts 44-1 to 44-3 are allocated to game processing parts 42-1 to 42-S according to the levels of visitors received by a visitor level receiving means and the game processing parts 42-1 to 42-S execute lottery for winning premia at a prescribed frequency. At the same time, when any winning premium is won by the lottery, the acceptability judging parts 44-1 to 44-3 respectively allocated to the game processing parts execute the judgment of whether or not the winning premium won is acceptable. This enables the derivation of casting counts T corresponding to the frequency of lottery and payout counts H corresponding to the winning premia judged to be acceptable by the acceptability judgment.
