Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain the quantity of light by making light vertically incident to photoelectric transducers in an imaging device. SOLUTION: On the upper face of each of solid-state imaging devices constituted of an on-chip lens 210, a glass layer 220 and a photoelectric transducer 230, a fluid lens is disposed, respectively. Two media A(120) and B(130) of which refraction factors are different from each other are sealed in each of the fluid lenses. Each fluid lens comprises electrodes 141 and 142 via insulating layers 151 and 152. An interface between the medium A(120) and the medium B(130) is varied in shape in accordance with a voltage applied to the electrodes 141 and 142. The application voltage is controlled in accordance with lens positions in a solid-state lens group 310, an angular velocity of the imaging apparatus, the temperature around the imaging apparatus, and the like and light from an object is made vertically incident to the photoelectric transducers in the imaging device.
