LINE CONTROL SYSTEM AND METHOD THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a line control system and a method therefor by which one piece of data is simultaneously transmitted by a plurality of communication networks and the data received first is adopted on the receiving side. SOLUTION: The line control system is comprised of a transmitter and a receiver connected with each other via the plurality of communication networks, wherein the transmitter is provided with a telegraph data for transmission creation part which creates telegraph data for transmission from a telegraph, a communication data creation part which creates one or more pieces of communication data from the telegraph data for transmission created by the telegraph data for transmission creation part and a transmitter group comprised of a plurality of transmitters which transmit the communication data created by the communication data creation part and the receiver is provided with a receiver group including a plurality of receivers which receive the communication data, a receiving control part which restores the telegraph data for transmission from the communication data received by the plurality of receivers, a buffer which stores the telegraph data restored by the receiving control part and a telegraph processing part which takes out the telegraph data for transmission stored in the buffer to extract the telegraph.
