Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterless planographic printing plate precursor that can be inspected without requiring a piece dyeing step, can be handled in a bright room and shows preferable fixing of a coloring matter in a silicone rubber layer and excellent adhesive strength between the silicone rubber layer and photosensitive (thermosensitive) layer. SOLUTION: The waterless planographic printing plate precursor has at least a photosensitive layer or a thermosensitive layer, and a silicone rubber layer on a substrate, wherein the silicone rubber layer contains at least (a) a chromatic organic pigment, (b) a chromatic organic pigment derivative and (c) an amine-based pigment dispersant.
