METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING BEVERAGE FILLED IN CONTAINER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing beverage filled in a container which is capable of filling at ordinary temperature, is capable of keep flavor and smell well by relaxing thermal deterioration of a content, has no necessity of using a heat-resistant container, has no need of heat sterilization and cooling after sealing, makes it unnecessary to use a large amount of chemicals and aceptic water as in the case of aseptic filling method, and attempts to decrease remarkably installation cost and running cost. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the beverage filled in the container has a process in which the surrounding environment for sterilizing and cleaning, filling and sealing the container and a cap is sterilized and cleaned in advance with chemicals, and a process in which a liquid feeding passage to a cooling machine, a storing tank and a filling machine is heat-sterilized and cleaned in advance by a condition at least equal to the heat-sterilizing condition for the beverage to be filled. After the beverage to be filled is heat-sterilized to a specified sterilizing value, it is rapidly cooled to the ordinary temperature, the cooled beverage is stored in the storing tank, the liquid feeding passage is made to be a closed passage into which no air is penetrated, and the beverage is filled into a sterilized container at the ordinary temperature and is sealed in a controlled space.
