Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide packaged fruit which realizes the package having a high degree of vacuum, and to provide a method for producing such packaged fruit. SOLUTION: This packaged fruit 1 comprises a mandarin orange 4 whose peel is removed and which comprises segments 4A covered with pulps 5, a coating film 2 which is tightly adhered to the pulps 5 of the mandarin orange 4 to cover the mandarin orange 4, and a linen string 3 whose one part is buried in the coating film 2 and whose other parts are exposed to the outside. The coating film 2 is formed by drying and curing a coating film-forming liquid adhered to the surface of the mandarin orange 4, and can be peeled from the mandarin orange 4.
