Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce rocking abnormal noise produced by a motor being caused to rock by power supply after the motor is stopped. SOLUTION: The present invention is used together with a stopping mechanism for mechanically stopping the revolution of a motor. A pair of brushes is so disposed that the line passing through the center of a rotor and connecting the centers of the brushes is displaced by a predetermined angle from the line connecting the centers of two-pole magnets in pairs. A commutator is so disposed that it is displaced from a reference position by the same angle as the predetermined angle by which the brushes are displaced. This predetermined angle is within the range of (70° to 290°)/number of magnetic pole pairs of a stator. That is, in case of the magnetic poles of a two-pole stator, the predetermined angle is within the range of 70° to 290°; and in case of the magnetic poles of a four-pole stator, the predetermined angle is within the range of 35° to 145°.
