SOLUTION: A buffer circuit (130) comprises an output circuit having an output terminal (13) and for outputting a signal greater than 0 V from the output terminal (10), and a distinction unit (20) for distinguishing whether termination of the output terminal is carried out or not, based on current flowing out of the output terminal.
