Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a curvature radius to 10 mm or less so as to obtain a greater suppressing effect while a vibration suppression effect of a certain level is provided even when the curvature radius of a heat projection tip by a current thermal floating amount adjust slider is about 20 mm at the minimum, and to suppress jumping vibrations when the floating amount of a magnetic head slider is reduced in a magnetic disk device. SOLUTION: A recording element 2, a reproducing element 3 equipped with a magneto-resistance effect element 34, and two heaters 4 and 40 are formed on the element forming surface of a slider substrate 1a. The heaters 4 and 40 are formed between the slider substrate 1a and the reproducing element 3. The heater 4 is a floating amount adjust heater, and disposed in a position retreated from a floating surface 9 away from the magneto-resistance effect element 34 so as to prevent deterioration of the magneto-resistance effect element 34 caused by direct heating. The heater 40 is a curved surface projection forming heater, smaller than the floating amount adjust heater 4, and disposed between the floating amount adjust heater 4 and the floating surface 9.
