REPLACEMENT PROPOSING SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support replacement proposing business to a customer. SOLUTION: The replacement proposing support system for supporting a product replacement proposal to a customer while communicating with a business terminal device comprises a means for storing information for a product owned by the customer and information showing components composing the product; a means for storing information for the components, including end-of-availability information thereof; a means for storing information showing maintenance parts included in the components and information for the maintenance parts, including production state information thereof; a means for calculating a replacement extension index for each product owned by the customer by calculating supply time limits of the maintenance parts included in the components by use of the end-of-availability information of the components and the production state information of the maintenance parts, and calculating a priority of a replacement item based on the calculated replacement extension index; and a means for generating a screen for displaying the calculated priority of each replacement item on the business terminal device.
